If my flight is delayed, will the driver wait for me?

The driver will wait for you without any problem. The first hour of waiting is free, after which a charge of 45/hour of waiting is added.

Can I get a refund if I made a reservation and then have to cancel it?

We refund the full amount if canceled within 24 hours of booking. If you do not show up for the reservation, in this situation the amount paid will not be refunded.
